At All Homes Inspections, LLC., every residential home inspection is performed by a certified professional Home Inspector.

Upon completion of the home inspection, the customer will receive an in-depth, written report that lists the findings of the inspector. Areas of concern will be clearly indicated to help you evaluate the total condition of the property.

The customer must sign an All Homes Inspections, LLC., inspection agreement prior to the inspection and payment is due at the time of the inspection. A typical home inspection may take 2 to 3 hours to complete.

Condominium inspections do not include a report of the structure, roof, foundation, garage, patios, driveways, or walkways, as these areas are generally the responsibility of the condominium association. All other items, however, are included in the condominium inspection.
