What Exactly does a Home Inspector do?Every residential home inspection is performed by a certified home inspector. Upon completion of the home insepction, the customer will receive and in-depth printed report that lists all of the findings. Areas of concern will be clearly indicated to help you evaluate the total condition of the property. Agreements must be signed prior to the inspection. Payment is due at the time the inspection is complete. A typical home inspection may take 2 - 3 hours to complete. Condominium inspections will not include a report of the structure, roof, foundation, garage, patio, walkways or driveways as these types of items are generally the responsibility of the condominium association. Home inspections by All Homes Inspections, LLC., are performed in accordance with NACHI standards or Practice. All Homes Inspections will not enter into any contract to fix or repair problems that re reported in the inspection. ![]()
